Manager, Sales Operations and Marketing

As Sales Operations and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for helping grow the sales operations function while maximizing revenue growth through ongoing maintenance of sales operations programs, systems, creation of robust processes, and initiatives.  This role will also manage an array of marketing initiatives, particularly in the areas of driving standardization in marketing collateral and communications.


  • Support sales leader in developing and executing strategies to grow and evolve the business, optimizing use of sales systems and tools to exceed revenue targets
  • Report on key performance metrics and dashboards utilizing Salesforce in order to help the sales organization focus on performance drivers
  • Drive comprehensive pipeline reporting tools tracking opportunities from lead generation to revenue realization, account development, and retention
  • Work directly with sales leader in providing timely sales analytics including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results
  • Work with sales leader to develop and implement workflows in the sales and marketing process
  • Oversee all marketing content to drive sales, engagement, retention and leads


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing or similar field) and at least five (5+) years’ experience with Sales Operations and strategy for SaaS based products
  • Experience in building Salesforce systems and processes
  • Highly strategic and process oriented with an understanding of digital advertising platforms and sales
  • Advanced experience with system tools such as Excel, Tableau and
  • Understanding of brand positioning and strategy
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
