Analyst, Amazon Solutions

Sellpoints acts as a partner, often becoming a company’s marketing arms and augmenting their efforts to acquire browsers, turn them into customers, retain those customers, and convert the customers they already have viewing their site.


The Amazon Solutions team is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial Analyst to join our team. You will work directly with suppliers and Amazon to develop their business, acting as a liaison between various cross-functional partners to execute a joint business plan.

We expect the Amazon Solutions Analyst to have proven analytical capabilities and project management skills, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for retail, a high level of flexibility, commitment, and ownership.

We are seeking someone with demonstrated history of successful project ownership, comfort using data to troubleshoot and prioritize strategic business opportunities, and ability to deliver results while satisfying competing agendas from various cross-functional stakeholders. The Amazon Solutions Analyst will report directly to the VP of Client Services & Strategy with a strong dotted line to the Senior Manager of Amazon Solutions.


  • Manage Conversion Rate Optimization program for suppliers which improves inputs into product detail pages that ultimately help to drive sales conversion
  • Manage Amazon Vendor Performance Dashboard which communicates vendor performance on Amazon.  Provide meaningful insights on customer performance to increase sales and profitability
  • Manage Amazon Marketing Solutions campaigns and budgets to increase traffic to supplier’s products
  • Audit all elements of the business (e.g., inputs, outputs, site experience) performing deep dive analysis on problems to understand root causes, and making decisions based on data
  • Identify improvement opportunities for supply chain, reducing defects, and driving operational efficiencies
  • Help vendors to vet participation in Amazon programs performing pre and post ROI and sales lift analyses
  • Operate at all levels, stay connected to the details, audit frequently, and are skeptical when metrics and anecdote differ, no task is beneath them


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least one year in buying, account management, product management, project management, financial analysis and/or marketing
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience or familiarity with digital advertising strategies, channels and financial models i.e., Conversion Rate Optimization, Paid Search, Retargeting, CPC, CPM, Bid Management, Pacing, Optimization
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with vendor, client, or customer-facing experience
  • Ability to contribute collaboratively to a team while also working independently and proactively to analyze issues and improve results
  • Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment and to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Ability to operate independently given direction, and bring ideas and solutions to issues raised


  • 1+ year of experience in brand management, marketing, supply chain, or relevant area such as Retail, CPG, or Management Consulting
  • Expertise using Excel to analyze data to support decision-making
  • Experience and familiarity with Tableau
